Black History Event at SMU
In celebration of Black History Month I was honored when I was asked to come say a few words at one of the most esteemed Universities in the state, Southern Methodist University. Please join the Black Student’s Organization and myself at SMU this Thursday, February 24th 2011 at the Umphrey Lee Mack Ballroom followed by a reception in The Hughes Trigg Commons.
This will be the first public viewing of the trailer for my upcoming documentary. So come out to speak with myself and the producer on the documentary, hear what the other great speakers have to say, see some performances and participate in the other festivities. The event starts at 6:30 pm and should run till 9:00 pm.
